The Keystone Vizsla Club of Pennsylvania is an AKC Regional Breed Club for the Hungarian Vizsla breed. The club supports owners and breeders of Vizslas in the central Pennsylvania region and adjoining areas.

KVC COMMITMENT TO ETHICAL BREEDING PRACTICES
KVC is dedicated to promoting responsible and ethical breeding practices. Member breeders place puppies through personal referrals and established networks rather than through public flyers or other forms of mass marketing. Our member breeders take great care in the placement of their puppies. Prospective puppy owners are thoroughly screened to help ensure that each puppy is matched with a responsible home that is well-prepared to meet the needs of the breed and provide a lifetime commitment to its care and well-being.
All member breeders agree to uphold the highest standards of responsible dog breeding and ownership and are expected to comply with the Codes of Ethics established by the Vizsla Club of America (VCA) and our Keystone Vizsla Club (KVC) Board. Through these commitments, we work to support the long-term welfare, integrity, and preservation of the breed.
